This BB is WAY late!
It was a blustery day at the County for this late winter day. The following braved the cold and wind:

At 7 a.m. sharp, the PAX shoved off with their coupons and headed to the front of the school. We dropped off our coupons and then ran to the back of school so that Dauber and LePew could grab their coupons. We then headed back up to the front of the school for some COP.
COP.
We paid homage to LePew and started off with Nuclears. Then, we proceeded to Toy Soldier and Hillbillies. To end COP, we did some downward dog, stretched calves, hip flexors, back, and then recovered for some arm circle.
The THANG:
Inspired by a Holy Roller workout earlier in the week, we partnered up and each partner performed the following as a TEAM:
201 Rows (on the bar in front of the school)
201 Ace and Gary Merkins
201 Weighted Squats
201 Curls
When a member of the team stopped, each member would run approximately 100 meters and then return to performing each exercise until 201 reps were achieved.
Once the above was completed, each team performed the following continuously for a total of 10 minutes:
Partner 1
10 flutter kicks IC with coupon
10 Mountain Climbers
10 pull throughs
Partner 2
Overheard coupon hold until partner 1 completed the above. Once Partner 1 was done, partners switched.
We then returned to the flag and completed a few minutes of Mary for the remaining time.
COT:
Counterama, Namerama, Annoucements, and Intentions. Today marked the 2 year anniversary of the Ukraine-Russian War. It was also the date for the 1st edict that was initiated for the persecution of Christians in 303 A.D. by the Roman Emperor Diocletian. In each instance, the courage to stand and do what’s right is difficult and can be painful. We prayed for those suffering in the Ukraine along with those in our COT who have friends and relatives that are dealing with difficult times. We raised these prayers up to the Sky Q and concluded with an Our Father.
