You might feel this one… but, the good news is, we will all be in this together. Tunes provided. Expect a 45 minute non-stop burner and a 15 minute ruck cooldown. Just get up. You won’t regret it. The fun starts at 0600 with a preruck and the beatdown starts at 0700.
