BEAUTIFUL MORNING at the Patriot. There is nothing like the Ole’ Glory shovel flag planted in the ground while HIM gather around to get better. YHC rolled up early with tunes going before we started. 21 men gathered, fist bumps were exchanged, 0530 hit, disclaimer was given, the theme of the workout was loosely enforced, and we were ready to go with the mandatory Side Stratal Hops starter.

We Mosey to pavilion to drop Coupons and then moseyed what would be our lap for the Main Thang. We grabbed partners and started with the our first WO.
Main Thang #1 – Coupon Laps
Partner 1 travels, while partner 2 does the reps.
One Pax would carry both coupons while the other would do the reps. Once reps were completed, that pax would catch up to the traveling partner, have him drop the coupons, and switch. The new traveling pax would keep going while the partner does the reps. The travel lap was around downtown LaGrange park.

Front runners helped pick up the 6. THIS was the gold of the workout this morning. Guys coming pack yelling, “I got your Buprees!” Or grabbing their coupons so that we can finish up together. Forearms were burning, cuts and bruises from carrying the coupon all over the legs and arms, and sweat was really coming down at this point. You DON’T get this anywhere else. We then moseyed over to City place for the next Main Thang…
Main Thang # 2 – Merkins and Wall Sits
Partner 1 stays in wall sit while partner 2 travels to do the various sets of merkins. (EC – Rifle Carry the travel and all PAX participated in EC)
YHC was the “Down” and each group did a variation of a Merkin- 10 reps each – groups tried to stay together
