Well well. It seems like @Dauber and the Patriot Pax created too many potholes on Heartbreak Hill during Saturday’s Avenger, so we may need to let that cool down a bit. It ain’t goin’ nowhere. Instead, let’s a grab a coupon, sandbag, or ruck (or whatever odd contraption @Focker has lying around) and put some pounds skyward. Don’t worry, YHC has a few ideas that should worry your cardiologist, so we won’t be sitting still (just as “sitting is the new smoking”…”man-makers are the new burpee!”).
