07.24.24 (6:00p to 7:00p)- BO Evening Cycle-Ops at Parklands (Posh) – Kitty Litter Q

As part of the F3 Louisville “Trifecta” Challenge, there’s a 1st F component: Post F3 attendance for 3 unique types of workouts between 7/21 and 7/27. One way to get that cool-ass Commonwealth of KY patch is to join me at the Parklands on Wednesday evening for a gentle roll through some posh-ness beauty. Perfect time to dust off the old steed and get some cross-training in. It’ll be an out & back (heading south on Louisville Loop), so any pace is fine…just turn around at 6:30p and meet back for COT. Also, I’ll be on hand from 5:30p on to offer a Support & Gear (SAG) check. 2.0’s are fine, but you’re in charge of watching them and assuring safety protocols. The weather looks perfect.
