Yes another week…another IronPax Challenge workout. Mid 60s temp and no rain forecasted. This workout like others will push each and every participant to the limits. Warmups start at 5:20 am with a 5:30 am clock start time for the main group. I highly recommend starting earlier if you were over 45 minutes for week 2. Bring a coupon and gloves (for bear crawls!).
