All 3 starting at 5:30 at the Stable. We will head into hillcrest to get as many miles as we can with all bikers, runners, and ruckers coming back to COT by 6:15am.
On slack please use either the Bike, Ruck it, or Run emoji to indicate which form of miles you are HC’ing to.
