Saturday AM @ the Patriot! Plan is for (1) a nice warm up, (2) some cardio and core (cardio style dependent on conditions), (3) some upper body coupon/sandbag/whatever work, and (4) some stretching to end it. Weather (am I doing this right?) we can mosey around or stay under the portico, we will vary it up with exercises and keep our bodies warm.
