Wednesday I’ve (Viking) got the Q at the Mutt. With the forecast, I figured we would do something a little different. So don’t bring a coupon, but do bring a snow shovel. Any type of snow shovel. I’ll bring a couple extra as well.
Plan: Warm up, hit some driveways, mix in some other exercises. So it will be fast pace, good workout, and giving back to the community.
