Warm Up… After each exercise either a mini lap or cadence SSH… (SSH, GG, TS, AV, IW, HW, HK, BK)
Station 1… CECILIA… 60 seconds each letter exercise and then short mosey lap (alternated side shuffles & moseys) after each letter.
Station 2… ANNE… 30 sec each letter for 3 rounds for ANE… then N Nuclears 10-8.
Station 3… BAUMANN… mosey lap after each letters reps… then N Nuclears 7-0.
Enough time for cadence 🥨 crunches and then 🗣️ less-than-a-minute Plank.

Sidenote: Was planning on doing some things differently but the conditions called for this. We kept it moving and stayed active and warm.
