The Nest will be 30 minutes of some full body workout stuff, will use onsite coupons or bring your own if you want. No distance running, around the halfway mark we will head to the field and use the new fence and the nice soccer goals followed by either football or basketball if the time allows. If you want a full hour of normal f3 stuff go somewhere else. I may also post this in mumble chatter using the fancy thing Patty did if I can figure it out.
