You get the idea. We will find out what works best in threes at The Defender tomorrow. Set three alarms and come on out, and bring 2 FNGs (cuz, ya know, 3).

Note: This will be a burpee-free workout, as YHC has done three straight days of burpee variations this week. That’s one more thing that isn’t good in threes! 😂
