Standard Murph:
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 merkins
300 squats
1 mile run
(Weight vest optional)
Mod 1: 100 burpees instead of pull ups
Mod 2: 200 coupon BO Rows instead of pull ups
For those who don’t know, the “Murph” workout is named for fallen Navy Seal Michael P. Murphy, who died in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005. This was his daily workout routine.
