10/28 #Ruiner @OF3Louisville Preblast – You’re gonna need to read this @F3Louisville #getbetter

I have the Q at the Ruiner Saturday. Been a while since I Q’d a Saturday. So, in an effort to keep it fresh, here goes:

What sings with a million voices, but has no ears? 

Like a bicycle, you never forget, but unlike a bicycle it’s more difficult the next time. What is it? 

What’s isolated but never alone? 

The Pax has to answer these riddles before or when we get back to the flag. The answers are part of the workout. If the Pax doesn’t answer before time, it’s 50 burpees for the Pax. If the Pax, gets it, y’all get a surprise! I also will ask and quiz the Pax on who read this Preblast. If we’re not at 100%, we’ll start off on the wrong foot (FNGs and DR Pax excepted). I won’t remind the Pax of the riddles. I like burpees. 

Bring: a reflector or lamp, good shoes that handle the road and the field, gloves with good palms (serious here). And read it all or you won’t like the start of the workout… seriously. Read it all. Or burpees.
