15 Pax gathered for what was another one of YHCs beatdowns. I was rolling into the gloom when I saw a bright light. It was a softball field lit up like Christmas. Well, it was time to audible and take the opportunity to see the faces of the PAX. (Trump took credit for leaving the light on for us, but it seems that would be more up RR’s alley)
We moseyed over to the Field of Dreams for some COP:

Thang 1:
It was only a minute. Well, only a minute 10 times. Here’s what we did:
EMOM
4 Burpees
4 Merkins
4 WW2 sit ups (YHC had to modify towards the end of these)
Next it was off to Coupon Field for some more EMOM. Here’s where it gets fun. Only 14 Coupons in tact. Well the PAX looked around and decided by the looks of YHC, he was up for the challenge.

5 Coupon Rows each side
Gotta be honest, balance was an issue on the Thrusters, but made it through. Heard a little mumblechatter about this being harder than it sounds. EMOM is the deceptive circuit.
Next, we circled up for some Duck, Duck F3. Each Pax called and exercise and ran around the circle. Some sprinted, some moseyed, some power walked (Abacus) Exercises called:
Star Squats, merkins, Al Gores, Imperial Walkers, Planks on elbows, SSH, Pfifer scissors, Peter Parkers, 4X4, and some more that I don’t recall. But Loco actually kept us in the circle.
We finished with air presses to failure. When failed, Al Gores until the Pax was done. Great work with 4 ending up at 400 when we called it (OJ, Abacus, Vincent and Pope)
COT:
Intentions for Iceman and Mr. Hat. We reminded the Pax of the events on Dec 9 and Ruck training tomorrow. OJ encouraged the visiting of other AOs .YHC reminded the Pax that they had already won the day with the WO this morning. Also, thanking them fro supporting and following my lead. Shout out to the Posh that came out.
Naked Moleskin:
Everyone, I have to speak to the ones that have inspired me directly through their support, leadership and commitment to this group. We have all heard that this is something we didn’t know we needed. Well I knew I needed something. Being that I am not married and I work a very inconsistent schedule, fellowship is hard to come by. I have it now whenever I want. I have some great lifelong friends in RR, Mayberry, Cutlass, and Nomo. But the extension of this has shown me a lot. All have had an impact on me, but I want to call out some others that have motivated me to lead as much as possible. Starchild, Zartan, CI, Kilo, Methane and the ones mentioned above have given me purpose outside of being a father and an employee. Thank you for that support and confidence that I can do this. Finally, I know he may never see this, but Seabass has been incredible in this journey. I have become closer to him at 13 than I ever have before. Many have told me how hard these years will be, and I know that there will be very tough times. But as of now, I always have Saturday mornings to regroup, suffer together to get better and then bring him to the fellowship of the group. If I teach anything in this, it is to bring along those you love and give them the gift of F3. You won’t regret it.
