Temp: not as cold as my beers last night
Sorry for the late backblast as I’m just waking up from that beat down! Knockin back a few extra ultra’s and jammin the JI show at the beautiful Palace the night before can’t hold me back!
Well… CI actually made it and didn’t screw it up but apparently didn’t know u could work out in just one space and had to clap at everything…
Warmup: mosey around AO, hammy stretch, safety Jack’s, twist n pivots, Kendra Newman’s, temple to elbows, double knee pulls, grab foot pull thingys, quad stretch
Workout: “The Warrior” which was interval training.
4 sets, 4 exercises each set, 1 min each. Each set exercise was an upper body, cardio, core and an explosive move
Went something like this…
Set 1 – plank/sphinx/merkin; Appollo Ono’s; downward dog crunches (to the right forehead) and ending with a bball exercise of side lunge shoot.
Set 2 – elevator merkins; double uppercut burpees no 👏 but someone had to screw that up; rollerboat and ending with one leg jumps and another clap for some reason
Set 3 – 👍 merkins; ring around the rosey; fifer scissor twist and ending with warrior squat lunge
Set 4 – super burpees with 👏; think drills; lbc’s and ending with Spiderman squats.
Damn… Breathing hard at this point. One lap around school per bumble bees request… Which sucked…
Rinse and repeated as far as we could until time which was to end of set 3.
At that point I made the mistake of asking our new FNG what last exercise he wanted to do or his favorite. BTW… The new FNG was Digorno’s 8yr old 2.0 who was crushing it. I said no running and he said let’s run… So we ran. He’s not allowed back!
So even with 2 watches on and not working correctly… COT time and game over.
