QIC: Nugget
Pax: Loco, Bean Counter, Scratch, Mayberry, Vincent (respect), Cutlass, Gillespie, Nugget
Attire For Zoo: Black F3 shirt over black compression, Star Studded Tights, Capri Length, but as always, the shorts over top. Bright Yellow New Balance for the puddle jumping.
As I drove to the Gloom, I received a call from Red Roof that the M is sick and I need to scoop the flags. (yes plural, We still have that Ghost) I pulled up and saw a Pax of 2 and I felt the sting of a 20 burpee bet made with Quimby on Pax total of our dueling Qs. But what do we see at 6:59, it’s Vincent, then Mayberry, and the rest all pulling up at the last moment. We moseyed the short way to the tennis courts (we ran enough on Friday. Thanks, Pitino)

I had a plan for the half pipe, but the weather made me audible, so, taking inspiration from Seabass’ football practice, we did this:
Run the width of 2 tennis courts, turn and bear crawl to the cone, Mario to the end of the court, run the width back, bear crawl to the cone and mario, etc. Keep this circuit going until you hear the whistle. When the whistle is blown YHC calls out an exercise to be done on his count. We did Merkins, squats, imperial squats, Freddie Mercuries, Al Gores with Trump Claps (Dark Helmet would not have liked our performance here), LBCs and maybe some more. We did this for about 15 minutes.
The Pax LOVED being on their 6. So much that we moved on to Dora 1, 2, 3
Partner up and P1 runs to the end of the tennis courts and back while P2 does the proper exercise.
100 Merkins, 200 squats, 300 LBCs
Keep the count and combine for those totals.
Vincent and Loco were Larry Birding this all the way.
Next we moved to a lighted area off of coupon field for some coupon work. Tight circle up for some you call it exercises with the coupons. Curls, Rows, Incline Merkins, Presses, feet in coupon BB Sit ups, Empty the boat (Loco), American Hammers, one armed rows, squats, dips (2 times), and Partner assisted Pull ups.
As you can see, the arms got their work out. Our avoidance of the field was futile since we just laid in the mud anyway.
We finished with a mosey to the flag for Mary. Started with LBCs, then Pfifer Scissors, then american Hammers. 2 things learned here: apparently, no one wanted Cutlass to call an exercise as the Pax jumped in every time YHC called his name. Second, Vincent decided the he performs better on the stage, as he did these on a picnic table above the rest of the Pax.
COR, NOR, COT
We said our intentions for all those who needed support with loss of loved ones this time of year. Also, spoke of Pitino’s sister in law battling Brain Cancer. YHC reminded everyone about the ruck Friday. I said a few words about the support I have been given by the Pax and keeping all others unable to be there in our prayers.
Naked Moleskin
YHC was relieved to hear that the sauce served on Friday night kept the O at a tie for the Q off. We have discussed the proper results and we will go with Church Picnic rules. Ties go to the dealer, so we both lose. We will be doing the 20 burpees together. Zoo mentioned that this may be the first time that RR, CI, SC and Zartan didn’t post in the same day. And while he stuck a jab at them via twitter, the more I think about it, I think this is a significant statement. The leadership that has been passed down from Charlotte, to the O, to Posh and then to Mutt has developed a Pax of leaders with the confidence to take the reigns in the absence of those clear Fathers of F3 Louisville. We aren’t perfect. We aren’t matured. We make mistakes. We fail at times. But every post that a Q takes the lead and pushes the Pax, we win the day.
Sleep off that Friday night men, we got this.
