YHC needed sleep so missing the morning EC Ruck (FOMO) gave me time to set up 10 stations on the tennis courts. 22 PAX were divided into 2-3 man groups with coupons. 10th station was our timer. They did burpeecides with 1-2-3-4 (10 total ) burpees at tennis court lines. When they finished they headed to station 1 and everyone moved down the line.

After 5 rotations we lined up and did an AYG up and back. Then continued. Everyone hit each station and we finished with another AYG run and time was dwindling so we returned coupons and ran back to tennis courts.

Phiffer Kicks on Qs switch- MC was strong for about 30 seconds then utter silence less moans. It was beautiful.

Since this week marks YHCs 10th wedding anniversary I have been looking back at what got me here. I got knocked down, but I got up again (don’t get any ideas CountryBoy). Pretty much rinse and repeat that over the last 37 years and that’s what you call life. For me it’s been good times and bad. We have lost life and welcomed new ones to this world.
I could go on but we have all experienced similar journeys to get to this point. If I look back at June ’17 I can point to one moment that changed everything. I had been bouncing back and forth between fat and fatter. Down and downer (I believe it may in fact be more down but). Life’s challenges had me down because I allowed them to bring me down. Then I posted to my first F3 beatdown. No not that one. The next one.
Again we all have similar journeys with F3 but for me, in short, it has been this. Get Better. Don’t allow external factors to effect your actions. Band with those who have similar views. And most importantly have fun cause tomorrow is promised to no man.
