Hill Work: 5 hill sprints w alternating squat sets.
Track Work: Jog, Sprint, Walk at alternating light posts w/ 5 sets of 10 merkins and 10 lunges/leg interspersed. 3/4 mike total.
Stair Work: 3 stair sprints w alternating squat sets.
Shoulder Work: jog 2 light post lengths, bear crawl 1. Repeat
