Word of the DAY is modify if it is too easy make it harder or do more…if it is too hard make it easier and do less or a different version mosey around the building get coupon meet at football goal post
…so we did

  1. First exercise: Side startle hops [Jumping jacks], In CADENCE, ready position, Move…BEGIN
  2. Next exercise: imperial walkers [elbow to knee], In CADENCE, ready position MOVE, ready BEGIN
  3. Next exercise: 5 Burpees, at your own pace, ready position, move…BEGIN
  4. Next exercise:  Down-ward-dog ready position, move…BEGIN
    • Right foot on left leg
    • Left foot on right leg
  5. Next exercise: 5 Down-ward-dog pushups on YOUR OWN, ready position, move…BEGIN

Rinse & repeat

  • First exercise: Side startle hops [Jumping jacks], In CADENCE, ready position, Move…BEGIN

Count off ONE TWO ONE TWO…one get with a TWO Go get Coupons line up

Merkin Pain Center—one will do a type of Merkin while the other moseys from station to station doing a series of exercises: 6 pull-ups; 15 LBC’s; 25 calf-raises

Merkin Pain Center:

  • 150–>Little baby Merkins; more of a plank, but just small cheater merkins, like my step-son does; or about 2 inches of movements
  • 150–>Wide Merkins
  • 150–>Abyss Merkins [painful]
  • then hold PLANK until the other person finished the aforementioned series and switch

We finished with good stretch of Quads and Chest. Then circled up for name-orama, announcements, & intentions about those doing toughmutter & @pope to get better [totally forgot the 6 person to talk about how they got their name].

I ended with a simple prayer, but before hand spoke about RELATIONSHIPS.  Encouraging everyone to focus on themselves so that they can become their best so that they can GIVE their best.  From more SEX [yes sex, the power of a quickie to the power of an longy], to alone time; it is our job to find out what brings out our best [please use gospel principles as a base line, NOTHING harmful], invest in it, and then GIVE our best to our relationships. I encourage ALL to talk with your M’s and do a discovery about what each of you NEED to bring out your best. This discovery should happen weekly as our needs change and evolve. Be specific, agree upon it, then invest in it; and I know you will have more energy to give, more patience to offer, and more love to invest in EACH of your relationships!
