My last Q was over Spring Break when a majority of Louisville PAX headed South, so it’s high time I do it again! That week I Q’d #theblender and I think Grinder Q’d 27 workouts. Bring gloves to the gloom because your hands will touch pavement and concrete. Some light running we will do. We’ll have warm-up, it’s just going to be a little different from the norm.
In honor of the Holiday, the PAX member wearing the best shirt featuring a dead President (it doesn’t have to show their face, but needs to be quickly recognizable as in honor of a President ) will win a ‘manly’ prize package. Part of it might be gone tomorrow, but part of the prize pack you can use for years. Theblender is on at 0700 tomorrow. See you there.
