This workout with be with a heavy heart. I would like to incorporate Carolyn and her family into the workout tomorrow. She was an incredible person and needs to be honored. She had touched many lives as a teacher, friend, mother and wife. She was truly driven to make the world a better place for everyone she came in contact with.
I would like to give Steffan and the girls a special bench or swing that they could keep in the backyard to reflect on the love she gave them. If you would like to bring a donation to the workout tomorrow I will put it towards this.
