3.20 BB: The Tank with Alex(a) Trebek

OK. Here’s what happened:

These HIM’s showed up, ready to work: Aerobie (R), Geppeto, Drysdale, Vincent (R), Meatball, Mama’s Boy, PK, Tony Malito, SweetTART, Kilo, Carlose, Alexa (QIC)

An introduction and disclaimer were given. Because the Q is such a nice guy and wanted everyone to get better, we had a Slaughter Start to get warm and start the improvement process.

After a short mosey, the COP workouts were: Star Jumps, Imperial Kickers, Annies, Downward Dog/Stretches

Then the weinke was explained: (A repeat of one of the Q’s favorite: Jeopardy!)

Each round would have 6x AMRAP exercises for 90 seconds. A 30 sec break would be given between exercies. Each round would get increasingly difficult.

Jeopardy Round:

Superman Merkins, Ballerina Squats, Side-to-Side LBC’s, Carolina Dry Docks, Lunges, Mountain Climbers

Double Jeopardy Round:

Blades of Steel, Calf Raises, Mahktar N’Diayes, Dive Bombers, Square Squats

Final Jeopardy:

Jiminy Crickets, Frog Jumps, Captain Morgans, Progressive Merkin Burpees, LT Dan Jack Webb, Groiners

Mary:

Box Cutter, Pickle Pounders, Reverse Pickle Pounder

Time for announcements: The Mental Health Awareness push was noted, leading to a call to action for all HIMs to start HL’ing for the Spring. A reminder of the 4/20 Convergence was given.

Then it was time for COT. Everyone got closer. Thanks were given. Intentions were offered. Everyone headed out ready to tackle the weekend.
