4 Ruckers departed from Seneca Park this morning at 0500 to head to the golf course for 18 holes. I forget exactly how hilly that course is, making it perfect for rucking. Played all 18 and back to Seneca put us in at just over 7 miles. I thought I might be running this one solo, but 3 others helped round out our foursome.
