5/9 BB The Extender @ The Mutt

Pax: Busch, Backdraft, Wham-O, Mouth, Glen Ross, Deuce, Tiger, Zima, Yogi, Digiorno, Mad Cow, PED, Meatball, me (Q)

Conditions: 63 degrees with pleasant breeze

Gear: Capris, Tank, Birkenstock Sandals

5:30am: Gave disclaimer then Mosey around school to big parking lot.

Warm-up: SSH, Kendrick Newman’s, Downward Dog

Everyone went to get coupons.

Thing 1: Partner Up – P1 runs to other side of the parking lot does 25 reps of a chosen exercise.  P2 AMRAP’S a chosen exercise until P1 runs back.

Chosen Exercises each person did:

100 Merkins (4 sets of 25)

100 Curls (4 sets of 25)

100 Dips (4 sets of 25)

AMRAP Exercises: LBC’s, squats, & big boy sit-ups

Thing 2: Each partner did merkins with a coupon on their back until failure.  Then take a lap around the parking lot.  Complete 2 sets.

Thing 3: We went to the small playground and did pull-ups until failure (partners spotted each other if needed).  We did 2 sets.  Between each set partners ran to the green sign on the other end of the parking lot.

Planked for the last 1:30.

Circled up, counted off, name-o-rama, announcements, intentions. Closed by thanking everyone and asked everyone to make the workout the easiest thing they do today.  Challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone.
