We went around circle with each pax calling an exercise which included: imperial walkers, lbc’s, American Hammers, AYG fun, Merkins, Davincis, and various other exercises. Finished with a Merkin time bomb.
Tough workout. Thanks for getting me out boys. Definitely wanted to lay in bed.
