MadCow was scheduled to Q this morning but over tacos he shared with Diablo and I that he had to pour 4,000,000 sqft of concrete bare handed, by himself while growing the meanest beard F3’rs have ever seen. So I stepped in.
Here is what went down.
Since I am a huge soccer nerd and the Woman’s World Cup is starting this week, I decided to host a futbol inspired WO.
Moseyed to field in a circuitous route and circled up near coupons for COP.

Lined everyone up on the tree line and we stretch our quads while I explained…
Thang 1
We would take turns kicking or punting a soccer ball towards Cannons Ln at the far end of the park. As a group, we would sprint/run to the ball and knock out 11 Mt Climbers, 11 Merkins, 11 Squats and 11 Gas Pumps. I think it took us 22 kicks so we complete 242 reps of all those exercises. You are welcome to those doing the Merkin Challenge in June.

We then partnered up and did a two line Native American run back to the flag. I mentioned a Billy Run and Scuba called it out a little further from flag then some would like. Ah, it was good for us.
Back at the flag we line up on path in 2 lines facing each other on six. Ball started at one end and PAX with ball completed 10 American Ball Hammers while all PAX held 6 inch leg lift. Passed the ball back and forth until everyone completed AHs.
We then did an intimate partner facing plank session. Sparks were flying towards the front of the line. You know who I am talking about. Their babies would be extremely fit.
To confuse the pax, I then asked them to count down the line for a total of 16 Big Boys. Rotating the count down the line. Failure would result in 10 burpees. I think we did about 24 Big Boys and 20 Burpees.
Knocked out 10 Merkins cause why not. 20 LBCs IC and 10 BOYOs for good measure.
COR, NOR and we welcomed our FNG Headboard. Reminded him all Qs are not as good looking as I am and all WOs are not this awesome. Intentions and COT.
