F3 Louisville, this Saturday we will be saying good bye to a HIM who has been a integral part of this group. Our very own Miyagi has taken a new job in Florida and we want to send him off well. Several of us will be leading the WO, which will be a tasty one with some of Miyagi’s favorite exercises, but more importantly will be spending time with him and remembering what he has brought to our group.
So I am pleading, that if you are in town this weekend, come out to the Mutt this Saturday at 0700 to bid him a strong F3 Louisville farewell.
We will also be rucking before-hand and having coffeteria afterwards!
