Life is crazy. Been swamped at work and been on the road then making up for lost time and doing other things. Looking ahead to post a Pre Blast for my Q tomorrow, I realize I haven’t done a Back Blast for my last two Qs. Sorry to you fine gentleman who put in the work.

It’s been so long I don’t remember all of the details but after a brief warmup, we took a mosey and grabbed Coupons them continued our mosey to the hill behind the baseball field.
There we did a 21 set with a couple exercises and Bear crawls up the hill.
We put the coupons away and returned the seal for some Mary.
Closed as always with some announcements and prayer.
