Weather – Cool and dry
PAX 11 – Huggies (Q), Duckling, Snowman, Nino, Meter Maid, Chestnut, Deep Dish, Dynomite!, Maxi, PK, Woooo.
This was a good one. I got there early (very creepily I’m aware) with a shovel to scope out a good place to find some mud. It hadn’t rained in over a week so the task was a little more difficult than I anticipated. I found, what I thought was, a good path down to Floyd’s fork with a little beach like area. This turned out not to be the case. I ended up finding an area of mud off in the woods a bit (this could have been dung…who knows) which ended up working out just fine.
I shoveled up some mud for the boys and we covered our arms and faces (some of us at least…) and off we went, four miles around the Parklands. Nino brought his famous summer playlist via a Bluetooth speaker. Woooo, on his VRuck, basically had to run the whole time to keep up. Solid effort!
