Thang #1: Modified Indian Run around the egg where HIM in back drops for 10 Merkins then sprints to front. Finished at the Bridge.
Thang #2: 11’s (Merkins on one side, Burpees on the other). Run up the bridge, do 10 Imperial Walkers, Mario down. 10 Hillbillies at top on return trip.
PAX were treated to an eclectic mix of music on the “Merkin” end of the bridge, everything from Aerosmith to Johnny Cash.
