Thang 1:

4 Corners.  Partner up.  Deconstucted Burpees at each corner.  Complete 10 Burpees, 

15 Squats, 20 Groiners, 25 Pushups.  Move to the next corner via the following: 1) 

Leap Frog with your partner, 2) Gator Crawl 3) Inchworm 4) Bear Crawl.  2 Rounds.  

Those that finish early move your way backwards to gather the 6.

Thang 2: 

Partners on opposite ends of the field.  Sideways Crab walk towards each other.  Both Hands in the air with pinch fingers. Slow  and Low.  When your paths cross drop and complete 10 Booyah Merkins.

Mosey Back for some Hills Sprints and Big Boy situps and finally mosey back to the flag for COT.
