Due to the holiday, we pushed this one back to 0700-0800. Gave me an extra 15 mins to work with.

We started with a mosey and the usual COP. Highlight there was I have forgot how to count IWs. It was bad. It was bugging Nino, so I just let him count them. Good choice.
Then it was onto some Dora. There were some Squats, Groiners, Merkins, and man makers.
We then counted off in ones and twos for an Indian run around the egg lawn with each group heading opposite directions. When we met we stopped and did some boo ya merkins. Then continued on.
We closed out with some 21’s and thrusters. Then it was time to put the coupons away.
We closed it out with announcements, intentions and a short prayer!
