Backblast: 11/12/19 – The Mutt w. Larry Flynt

In all efforts to get moving quickly, we had a quick disclaimer and a mosey around school to the main parking lot for CoP.

CoP:

  • 20X SSH
  • Kendra Newmans
  • 20X Grass Grabbers
  • 20X Imperial Walkers
  • Downward Dog / Runners Stretch
  • 20X Mountain Climbers

Thang #1:

We moseyed over to grab coupons and partner up along portico.

Partner 1 did corresponding exercise below while partner 2 Bernie Sanders across parking lot for 10 Merkins and 10 Bobby Hurley’s … then ran back to relieve partner 1 and resume exercise until all reps were complete.

Exercises were:

  • 200X Curls
  • 200X Overhead Press
  • 200X Lunges
  • 200X Dips
  • 200X Squats

We finished with 30 partner sit ups and 30 partner Merkins.

(We had a Thang #2 but ran out of time!)

We circled up for announcements and intentions and reiterated that we hope this was the hardest thing we had to do today. Keep in your thoughts and prayers our loved ones who have gone before us, those who are less fortunate and those who have dedicated and sacrificed for our country.

Lastly…this was my second Q and if it wasn’t for that, I don’t know if I would have gotten out blaming the cold as an excuse. It was motivating seeing 16 other individuals ready to roll and we accomplished what we came to do. Thanks for everyone’s support and overall motivation from this group!
