“Bristol” – 2 laps All out sprint. 2 laps Mario

EMOM (Every minute on the minute) – 10 rounds of 5 burpees and an all out sprint about 40 yards up the “Hill of Stolen Souls” every minute on the minute.

Five man weave up “Trinity Hill”. Three stations positioned at points along the triangle, with two runners in between. Man Makers at the bottom of “Trinity Hill” and SSH at the top of the hill on the road and a bear crawl at the usual spot in the parking lot. Amrap Man Makers and SSH until you get your relief and then move on to the next station. We did about 3 rounds of this.
