  • 6 burpee squats
  • 6 4ct mountain climbers
  • 6 ruck get ups

This was a lot of volume to do before a full Saturday workout. The burpee squats are annoying because you can’t get into a burpee rhythm. You have to perform a squat after your clap. Ruck get ups hurt. Basically, on your six with ruck on chest and get up to standing without using your hands.
