The Worm Wagon came rolling into Vets park at 5:05 this morning. I was excited and also little bit uneasy about giving up the Site Q responsibilities at COT. The group at Vets put a lot of work into making our Big Mo Heavy’s a success. It’s challenging to lead a Heavy WO, and we made some mistakes. But, we also learned how to put together top notch WO’s that many people pay $100’s of dollars a month to experience. Then one of the HIM’s that helped get the HEAVY style workouts going pulled up, Hot Wheels. As per usual, we started talking shit to one another and began to unload our toys. Another set of bright lights climbed up the small hill to the park’s entrance. A HIM that was instrumental in bringing creative and effective exercises to Big Mo, SnowDay, pulled in with his truck loaded down with his tractor tires and a sledgehammer. Finally, Kilo comes through with a few minutes to spare; Two sandbags, kettlebell, weight plate, and really tight pants. From the start, those three guys always supported Big Mo. They invested their time, money, energy, and always show up early to lend a hand. I quickly realized Big Mo is not about the Site Q, but the PAX. They cared just as much as I did to build up our Monday morning site. We’ve got something special and it will continue to grow.

At 6:12 I brought WeedWacker up to the Seal to announce to he was taking the Heavy Chain Shovel and the Site Q Responsibilities. But he had to earn it first. He strapped on a 35# Ruck and I placed the 100# Sandbag on his back. He has to give the PAX 5 Merkins with full weight, then five with the ruck. With a bad shoulder, and smoked after the beatdown, he succeeded. I know the Big Mo is in safe hands.
COT- it was a true honor to lead Big Mo. Thank you!
