Preblast-Pelican Q -Loco at The County 3.17.20

I had the best workout ever planned for tomorrow-the theme was things Pelicans (and Pelican) hates. Most of it wasn’t conducive to social distancing so going to put that in the back pocket for later. Instead we got Tabata Tuesday at the county. You can easily do this at home-20 seconds on and 10 off for 8 rounds of each exercise with a minute break when you switch exercises. I use a free Tabata app to time it for me. I’ve got a couple helpers with bad playlists lined up so we can break up into groups of 5. If we have time left we may run or something.
