I pulled into the parking lot at 5:20 and it said it was 63 according to the gauge in the truck. Perfect. After waiting for the last car to pull in, we took a mosey around the complex and circled up in the large parking lot for COP.

The PAX was divided into two groups to help keep acceptable distances.
THANG:
Each group started at corner 1. Pax ran to corner 2. Exercise and reps were suggested. Bear crawl to corner 3. Movement and reps repeated. Run to corner 4 and repeat exercise and reps. Bear crawl back to corner 1, movement and reps. Once finished, HIMs would perform stated exercise until the 6 finished. Repeat for 6 laps with the following exercises at each corner:
Lap 1: 10 Burpees; flutter kicks waiting for the 6
Lap 2: 15 Jump Lunges each leg; Gas Pumps
Lap 3: 20 Imperial Walker Squats; Freddie Mercury’s
Lap 4: 25 Merkins; hold plank
Lap 5: 30 Pickle Pounders; Flutter kicks
Lap 6: 15 Squat Jacks; Gas Pumps
Took a mosey around the parking lot to cool off and circled up with a minute left. 10 BOYOs to finish up.
