If you could have only been there…construction all around St. Als didn’t allow me to park in the normal church parking lot. I couldn’t find the back way to get there. So what did I do? I illegally parked my car on Mt. Mercy before the construction and ran with 2 flag shovels, LED lights, and my papers for the Q…left my coupon in the car because my hands were full. I came blazing around the corner with all the stuff in hand @ 0530 on the nose. Gisele was looking at his watch probably sweating bullets because he thought I may have fartsacked the Q.
Anyways, we got started shortly after that debacle.

We mosied to the front of the school where we warmed up with 20x SSH, 10x GG, 10x Toy Soldiers. Then mosied back to the basketball goal area.
The THANG – 3x ladder station rotation
Station 1 ladder – 25x Merkins, 20x big boy sit-ups, 15x American Hammers, 10x Plank Jacks, 5x BOYO’s
Split pax up into 3 groups of 2 HIMs each. Once finished with the first ladder, group 1 will relieve group 2 and group 2 will relieve group 3. So on and so forth. Group 1 will be the pace setter. If the PAX in another group finish the ladder other than group 1, they were instructed to work the ladder over again until they were told to move on to the next station.
Station 1 ladder – 25x Merkins, 20 Big boy sit-ups, 15x American Hammers, 10x Plank Jacks, 5x BOYO’s
Station 2 ladder – 25x lunges, 20x overhead press, 15x skull crushers, 10x coupon swings, 5x BOYO’s
Station 3 ladder – 25x bicep curls, 20x halos, 15x Gas pumps, 10x LBC’s, 5x BOYO’s
We did 2 full rounds of ladder stations. Then stopped with 6 min to go. We did 6 sets of squats via Tabata style. Finished up with some stretching and all was good in the world at that point. We had made it to the end of the WO.
COR, NOR, COT – prayers for Tidwell’s Mom who is battling stage 4 lung cancer. Never smoked a day in her life and a very healthy lady otherwise. He passed out white “Team Leah” bracelets for everyone. Please keep him, Leah, and his entire family in your prayers. Keep the hope was the message we ended on along with an Our Father.
