Disclaimer was given and an overview of the day. A tour of the county that included 8 stations. We started with a mosey so I could show the PAX all 8 stations. Throughout the mosey we did some work: SSH, Toy Soldiers, Grass Grabbers, Mikey Phelps and some Downward Dog into a scorpion. The Pax then broke off into groups to complete station work. The Wienke was built for 4 incase any over achievers showed up but most got through 3 rounds.

We then came together for some 2.0 led Mary and the time quickly hit 8am. Name-o-rama where we got three new 2.0 FNGs named. Intentions were given. I closed with a message about Father’s Day. In my one and half years of F3 I have been blessed to be surrounded by an awesome group of men. Qing on Father’s Day weekend was a great way to start the next 2 days. This group of men, brothers, sons, husbands and fathers is special and to be with you all to start my day several days a week gives me inspiration to go out there to be the best I can be. While we have the title of father to our children, we all inspire those 2.0s who come to be by our side as role models of what being a good dad and human to one another looks like. There is also those that we wish were by our side today but have gone onto the lords kingdom. Those HIMS were there with us in spirit watching over us providing us the strength we need day in and day out.
