The Plan: PAX had every opportunity this morning to do 1 More Rep. Most got after it! Not naming names, apart from mentioning that Meatball evidently procured some solid new preworkout powder from one of his cousin’s black market dealers.
YHC is not sure our “warm up” was a proper warm up. I’m sure it broke all guidelines for stretching and target heart rate before exercise blah blah blah … We just got right to it today.

Worm asked for a demonstration for the Rosalitas because I don’t know why. YHC told him to just spread his legs. He seemed to understand and did just fine.
The Circuit
PAX partnered up to move through the following 6 stations:

Manmakers (w/ coupon) AMRAP

Front Squats (w/ coupon) AMRAP

American Hammers (w/ coupon) AMRAP

Sandbag toss
When the partner doing the work with a set number of reps, the partners switched. The sandbag toss was the push movement. There, the partners took turns tossing a 60 lb sandbag around the monument. When the sandbag made it back to the start position, PAX rotated to the next station.
After completing the Circuit, each PAX tackled my Weighted Merkin finisher set. Each PAX started with 2 coupons on his back for AMRAP Merkins. His partner would then remove 1 coupon, for another AMRAP set of Merkins. At failure, the last coupon was removed, for Merkins to failure. 1 More Rep!!

YHC spoke in the third person at some point during the planking. Cousin Eddie rightly made fun of Diablo for this, and Diablo held back all tears and will bury his resentments later.

PAX circled up for NOR, announcements, and intentions. We enjoyed some solid banter, gave thanks for the blessings we’ve been given, and asked to be better leaders and men. As always, thank you for the opportunity to be a part of THIS.
