Jitterbug (QIC), Minnow, Drysdale, Stick Up, Buzzsaw. Theme was a series of 3 Exercises in succession followed by some movement
Mosey to Coupon Lot for COP: SSH, Grass Grabbers, Imperial Walkers, Stretching, Squats, Merkins
Thang 1: Grabbed Coupons and Did 2 Rounds of 3 Coupon Exercises completed in Succession, and then a combination of Bernie Sanders and Sprints to the end of the Parking Lot and Back. In no certain order, (because I can’t remember) Manmakers, Chest Press, Coupon Kettle Bell Swings, Thrusters, Bent over Rows, Bicep Curls
Thang 2: Mosey to top of Bridge. Series of 3 Exercises (Derkins, Dips and Squats)…Rinse and repeat
Thang 3: Mosey to the fountain. 3 exercises in succession, (things starting to get “Foggy” here memory wise, pretty sure it was Dips, Hop Ups and Derkins) then Mario to bottom of ramp, and Bear Crawl Back Up. Rinse and Repeat
Thang 4: Mosey to Bottom of Meth Hill. We did something that sucked at the bottom, (10 Burpees I think) Sprinted to the top and did something else that sucked (20 Bobby Hurleys?) Was pretty dizzy by this time
Thang 5: Moseyed back to the start. Grabbed a wall and and did a final 2 rounds of Dips, Derkins, and Step Ups Followed By A lap around parking lot.
