Six HIMs graced the grounds of The Abyss on a misty Friday morning: Jitterbug (R), Flip Flop, Uncle Sam (R), Harbaugh, Squid, & Mr. Hat (Q). Not included: one raccoon who bailed before the WO began.

The thang: 4 rounds of the following:
50 squats
40 big boys
30 merkins
20 Bonnie Blairs
10 burpees
Run 2x around the playground.
We then closed it out with some yoga, COT, announcements, and intentions. Some of the guys poured out some deep intentions, and I am so grateful for this group and how we aren’t afraid to share what’s going on with us. Lifted a prayer up to our Heavenly Father.
Three years ago on 8.7.2017, The Posh welcomed me to the best men’s group in our great country. The bond, the circle of trust, the sharing of pain, and the community of this brotherhood are the “things” that make F3 phenomenal. I am forever grateful for this group and the men I’ve grown to know over the years. If we haven’t met, I hope we can cross paths soon. What better place to meet than The Abyss? Come on out. It has the best scenes in all of F3 Nation.
