Tomorrow at the Vet we’re going to continue with the Ruck PT workouts to get us ready for GrowRuck. However, if you’re not doing GrowRuck or you don’t have a ruck, don’t let that stop you from joining the fun. After last week’s mumblechatter about Jamie Lee Curtis, who knows what it’s in store for this week? A ruck is ideal but not a requirement. The most important thing to bring is yourself and a winner’s mentality. SYITG
