- 10 – Burpees
- 10 – Mountain Climbers each leg
- 10 – Plank Jacks
- Bear Crawl to other end of parking lot
- 10 – Jump Lunges each leg
- 10 – Jump Squats
- Bernie Sanders back to other end of parking lot
- Run a Lap
- Repeat for AMRAP
