3/19/21 Backblast Chopper at Vet

F-Stop Bringing The Heat Tour finally made it to The Vet! 8HIMs did a COP and then got right to work.

We did rounds of exercises in reps of 50/40/30/20/10 and then repeated. That was followed by bear crawl or a mosey.

We did four rounds of this changing the exercises each round.

Curls, bench press, squats, boyos, man makers, gas pumps, and big boys were just a few of the things we did. It was a full body workout.
