It was a nice cool morning at Posh. Mid to upper 40s, perfect work out weather if you ask me. We circled up for disclaimer. After a quick mosey we got on with COT which included grass grabbers, toy soldiers, SSHs, and Imperial Walkers among others.
It was time to get down to the Thang.
50 Sadies, running 50 yrds at 10 rep increments.
100 merkins, running in 20 rep increments
150 squats, running in 30 rep increments.
It was a simple but effective work out. You v You style. These are my favorite type of work outs because there is plenty of opportunity for mumble chatter and fellowship among the Pax and everone can push at their own pace. No man left behind. Everyone gets better.
After the Thang was complete we knocked out some Mary. Each Pax picked a core exercise: American Hammers, Big Boys, Freddie Mercurys, and Elevators were a few selected.
Finally the WO was complete and we got together for COT. COR. and NOR. Intentions said and unsaid were lifted up to the Sky Q and we finished with an Our Father.
