Join Coach Dauber and a player-to-be-named-later at the County tomorrow for a Mash Up Heavy. Coaching is all about motivation and putting your players in the best position for them to succeed…that will be the focus tomorrow. It is a heavy so no running. I will bring stuff to lift so just bring yourself and meet at the Foundry (playground behind school).
