Home is where you come to nest. Unless of course where you nest isn’t necessarily where you call home. It’s more like a winter home where you go to fly south for…unless of course you aren’t really flying that far south but you are still going south. And it isn’t winter yet and even if it were, the weather isn’t that different from one nest to the other. And even though I’m a bird by name, I can’t really fly….
ANYWAY….Although this isn’t my first trip to the Hawk’s Nest, this will be my first time at the helm. I’ve got a few new/old tricks to share with my southbound brethren and am excited to lay one down!
We’ll run (only to get loose), we’ll Tabata, and we’ll move our coupons up and down a ladder. We’ll work hard, have fun and come out on the end just a little bit better! Perhaps 1% better.
